The team / circle presentations have the form of ‘poster presentations’ (+ demo’s).
- Present the following topics:
- For Day 1, an evaluation with the following elements:
- What did you do?
- What did you learn?
- What can you demo?
- What did you contribute to the year goals?
- Your most epic fail (share your whoopsie and how you fixed it)
- For Day 2, strategy with the following elements:
- What do you plan to do? Which projects/Epics are you planning to do?
- What do you want to learn?
- What does it contribute to the year goals?
- What do you need from others?
- The form is free (Notion? Google Slides? Miro? Jamboard? Flipover? Brown paper?)
- be creative !
- When using a more ‘off-line’ type of form, make sure that you use a camera (or well directed laptop) such that remote visitors can see the what you are presenting

- Duration:
- The schedule for the strategy days can be found here. Basically, each day has two market rounds where participants can walk around and gather information. each round takes 2 hours, and you are expected to deliver 4 presentations in these two hours;
- This leaves you with a presentation time of 15 minutes + 15 min Q&A and moving;
- Involved roles:
- A presenter that can present. You can rotate this role over multiple persons.
- A co-host / facilitator who makes sure that presentation is visible both locally & remotely & who monitors a slack channel for questions.
- Remote presence:
- You can create google meets for each session you are going to give. Add the links on where to join in the table with team information as well: ;
- Please also add a slack channel to this table where remote attendees can ask questions in;
