Outlook strategy process

ℹ️
The outlook process is our method of setting strategy. There are three versions of the outlook. - A long-term outlook, which happens every three years. - A yearly outlook Each outlook phase above is also accompanied with an Evaluation which helps us learn and provides input. In addition: - Each Project has a Project Evaluation

β• Involved role(s): 'Outlook facilitator'

Every Project

Every Project that is completed, includes an evaluation. The summary of the project evaluation is considered in every episode evaluation. Recap Here: Project EvaluationsProject Evaluations

Every quarter

At the end of every quarter, which also marks the start of the next, we have a Strategy Week. During this week we look back at the previous quarter on day one, and look ahead to the next quarter on day two. It’s not really a week, but we use the Monday to set things up, Tuesday is day one, the Wednesday we use for reflection, Thursday is day two, and Friday we look back at a job well done.

Every year

The circle looks at what they want to do this year.

Every three years

We gather input from the entire organization to see where we want to be three years from now. A lot of this input is inherited.
