2) Include Personal reflections only in the lower circles, not in supercircles. For these meetings, just remove the personal reflection section
A moment of personal reflection for all people present in the meeting. Write on post-its (one each) what you are most proud of, and what you would do better next time. It can be something from your role(s) but also a personal thing. Let everyone present their post-its and stick them all together.
If you have the time it can be interesting to identify common topics (are there multiple people that have trouble prioritizing? Do more people suffer from a high workload? etc.) and note them as tensions if that's desirable.
It might also be nice to let every one reflect on how they can reΓ―nforce each other's good things, and help each other improve next time. Maybe you can hold each other accountable?
Some facilitators prefer to use a jamboard instead of Notion that is fine. If a supercircle has only subcircles, you can skip this step in the evaluation, since personal reflections will already have been done in the subcircles
