Hi there, :pikachu_wave: You will be attending the <Circle Name> Outlook for Episode 1 of 2024. This outlook session will be facilitated by <facilitator>. In order to make this a smooth sail :boat:, with more time for interesting discussions I’d like to inform you on how you can prepare.
This is what you can do beforehand: 1. Please have a look at the video of Mark: Enjoy the vid and Slack Message of Mark 2. I've prepared the [meeting notes and agenda (here)](<link>), and a [jamboard](<link>) 3. Review the evaluation of past episode. Are there any learning points that have consequences for the strategy or need attention in the form of a goal (adjustment) or project? 4. Bring the result of the Metrics session if you did one A number of things have changed, but not too many. We will still consider projects, dream of goals and think of metrics in the Outlook.
Optional
Optionally you can already start thinking about project (e.g a why and why now). This way the quality of project suggestions can improve, since in effect the time spent on project definitions inside the meeting is often minimal. Note that it's not mandated. Doing it in the meeting itself is perfectly fine as well.
