Hi there, :pikachu_wave: You will be attending the <Circle Name> Evaluation for Episode 2 of 2023. This evaluation will be facilitated by <facilitator>. In order to make this a smooth sail :boat:, with more time for interesting discussions Iād like to inform you on how you can prepare. We have <3> hours available, and if everybody prepares. it should be possible to finish in time. Therefore, I'm asking you to prepare the various sections of the agenda and carefully follow the instructions below [Meeting notes and agenda here](<link to notion page>) *Preparations for Project and sub-circle findings* After the introduction and check-in we will process project and sub-circle findings from this page. Each sub-circle will take turns in presenting: 1. A summary of the project evaluations of projects that have been assigned to the circle 2. Important Reflections on progress towards GCC Goals / Initiatives / Key Metrics 3. Project suggestions 1. **Summary of Project evaluations** Projects should have been evaluated in their own right. We just summarise the learnings, since the learning could lead to new initiatives for the next episode. *We will at least look at the evaluation summaries of the all projects that the circle has been assigned to from a supercircle. However, feel free to learn from other (finished) projects that the circle has participated in in this episode.* 2. **Important Reflections on progress towards GCC Goals / Initiatives / Key Metrics** Note that the GCC evaluation on January 17th 2023 will be the evaluation of the GCC, so please keep the GCC perspective in mind. Please try to focus on the super circle (= GCC) perspective: How did the sub-circle contribute to the GCC goals? 3. **Project suggestions** You can list any project that you think will benefit the company in the broadest sense, and you can list any projects that plan to do as a circle that will need significant impact from other circles.
