How was the indexation determined?
During 2025, several meetings were held with the Financial Health Group. The Dr. Salary House role provided advice for 2026 based on a range of sources, including:
- The company’s results in 2025
- Prinsjesdag (Budget Day)
- Economic expectations and inflation
- The expected salary increase in 2026
