We have bi weekly all-hands sessions on every other monday. They start at 9:00am and take less than 30 minutes.
It’s a great start to the week because you’ll be up do date on all the big stuff that has happened or is about to happen in just a few minutes.
It’s also a good place to wave at you collegues because most of them are usually there.
Circle leads give quick updates on the most important stuff that is happening in the organisation. These are documented in advance so you can read what the content will be and ask quesions before or during the session.
